9:00 am water, almonds & sunflower seeds
10:00 am coffee
11:25 am water
12:00 pm 2 cups of jasmine tea
1:00 pm 1 cup jasmine and 1 cup chai tea
3:00 pm water
7:00 pm main meal
salad
3 burgers with egg
steamed broccoli and "Chinese Chow Chow"
protein drink
8:00 pm water
9:00 pm water
10:00 pm water and supplements
