7:05 pm main meal
salad - Romain lettuce, carrots, radishes, cucumber, I talian dressing
Meat- 2 brats , 4 scrambled eggs
Broccoli
Egg noodles
2 TBSP of PB and Honey
2-Water
8:00 pm water
8:30 pm coffee
9:30 pm banana
10:30 pm water
11:30 pm water and supplements
