6:15 am - 20oz water, 5000IU liquid D3, 1000mg L-Arginine, 200mcg GTF Chromium, 100mg Zinc, & 1000mg Ester-C 

6:30 am Coffee

8:49 am water

9:15 am 16oz coffee 

10:48 am 2 pieces of peppermint Life Savers

1:48 PM Coffee

5:30
Salad
Asparagus 
Stir fry vegetables 
2 slices pizza
2 brownies squares
Propel water

7:45 PM - After workout Protein drink - 25g
7:56 PM Double Express and drinking a gallon jug of water
8:50 Pm  - 2 greek yogurts
