Took BMI yesterday

A co-worker had a hand held device that calculates BMI after imputing height and weight and age. So by the device, for my height 5'10" and weight 262#, it should be 37.5%, but it actually read 26.4%. I wish it took into account my legs, but it only measures across you arms and chest. Even with all the progress I have made, I still am not satisfied. I still am a work in progress
