Breakfast
20oz water/1000mg Ester-C/50mg Zinc/5000 IU liquid D3
8oz steel cut oats with real maple syrup

Snack - almonds and water

Lunch - water/Organic burrito

Dinner - water/salad/broccoli/2 pork egg rolls/2 burgers(no buns) w/onions and cheese. I ate more as to not have the snack later. I plan on cutting down potion sizes. The salad is in a bowl have the size as normal.

 Lunch - almonds/beef jerky/pita chips

 Dinner - salad/cole slaw/3 patties with cheese, bacon, and onions

Post Workout - Protein Drink/ 2 slices pizza(shouldn't have ate these)
