Salad - Lettuce, radishes, carrots, onion, zucchini, and milled flax seed
Protein - 2 sirloin steaks witj onions and mushrooms and a hamburger
Veggies - steamed con on the cob, green beans, carrots, snow pea pods and broccili
dessert- small slice of birthday cake for my neighbor
