2.3.12 - Back on the Warrior Diet

Ok, I tried to go back to normal eating. This didn't work very well. I have gained weight so back to the WD for me.

5:30 am water/100mg Zinc/krill oil/1000mg Ester-c/5000IU liquid D3
6:30 am coffee
8:30 am coffee
9:00 am water
11:00 am water
1:00 pm water
4:30 PM - 8:30pm main meal
Salad - Romaine lettuce/carrots/green peppers/bacon/croutons/Italian dressing
Calzone - sausage/pepperoni/chesse
3 chiken poblanos
steamed broccoli - butter
Granola bar
Almonds
water x3
8:00 pm coffee - pre-workout
9:30 pm Protein drink
