Snack - almonds and water
Lunch - water/Organic burrito

Dinner - water/salad/broccoli/2 pork egg rolls/2 burgers(no buns) w/onions and cheese. I ate more as to not have the snack later. I plan on cutting down potion sizes. The salad is in a bowl have the size as normal.
