10:30 am - almonds and some trail mix 24oz water
11:00 am - 20oz Dark roast Coffee
2:00 pm - 20oz Dark roast Coffee
3:00 pm - water
4:30 pm - spaghetti and meatballs, garlic toast, salad water
8:30 pm - almonds - water
10:00 pm - water
11:00 pm - water
