1:30 Pm - Water and supplements
2:00 Pm - 3 egg omelet with 4 slices turkey bacon
2:30 - Coffee
4:30 Pm bowl of Tomato soup and 2 white castle cheeseburgers
5:00 - Coffee
6:30 Pm - water
8:00 PM - coffee
10:00 pm - Coffee
Back to work at 11Pm - coffee
