5:10 am water
5:20 water and supplements
5:50 green tea with honey
6:30 green tea with honey
7:00 coffee
8:30 am coffee
10:00 water and almonds/sunflower sedds
12:40 water and jasmine tea
2:00 water
3:00 water
4:20 after workout - 2 spoons of PB, 2 spoonfuls of noodles
4:30 coffee
6:30 main meal
salad
2 bowls of chili with hamburger, tomatoes, and cheese
steamed Broccoli
noodles
water and coffee
8:30 milk
9:30 a pack of pop tarts - Strawberry, water and supplements
