4:15 pm pork chop/ goldfish - still out of protein powder
4:30 water
6:45 pm main meal
salad
2 burgers with cheese/egg/onion/mustard and hot sauce
steamed broccoli and corn
noodles
2 tablespoons of PB and syrup
2 waters
7:30 oolong tea
