Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled with spinach, 4 strips of bacon, slice of cheese all on a croissant with hummus

Lunch - Spinach & artichoke quiche - 1 serving size

Dinner - Salad (baby spinach, carrots, avocado, onion & ranch), Chicken teriyaki on rice, Broccoli, slaw

Supplements - 1000mg Ester-C, 5000 IU D3, 100mg Zinc, BCAAs
